WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline, the smallest part of your waist.
LOW WAIST - Measure approximately 2" below the natural waistline or 2 fingers below your navel. This measurement applies to all leather and PVC pants and shorts. It is also used for any Leather or PVC skirt that sits below the navel.
